Your wholesale details

We use the account, company, contact, billing, delivery and receiving information you provide to prepare quotations, manage orders, arrange payment and delivery, and provide order history and shipment updates. Account and order records are stored in this WordPress/WooCommerce website. Access to business administration is restricted to authorized team members.

Order notifications are sent to our sales team. Information needed for fulfilment may be shared with the carrier, warehouse or other service provider handling the shipment. We use necessary login and cart cookies to operate buyer accounts and the cart. Do not enter card numbers or bank credentials in forms or order notes; our team supplies wire transfer instructions or a PayPal invoice separately after confirmation.

For help with account access, corrections or a request to remove account information, contact sales@flavourtech.net. Order and transaction records may need to be kept for business and recordkeeping purposes.
